Wengert Knives

Though I am not a knife aficionado other than wanting good ones for the tools that I see them as, others are, and want the same thing in addition to something that is unique or not readily available at the local hardware store. Hence, like custom firearms, we find custom knives.

Ken Wengert makes knives and is a fellow who can be trusted.  I've known him for several years and have found him to say what he means and mean what he says.  He is honest to a fault in my observation.

He is not the most computer-savvy gent in the world and while I’m not much better, I'm posting his gallery of knives for sale here.

At the current time, Mr. Wengert can accept only money orders or cashiers checks.  This might change in the future.

I bought a knife from Ken toward the end of last deer season, but didn't get to use it.  I intend to this year.  I was favorably impressed with it.  A mutual friend of ours saw Ken's work and he purchased one as well.
